At APOV, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be thrilled with their purchases. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Policy:
- Duration: You can return any item purchased on APOV within 3 days of the delivery date.
- Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged. Products must be in the original packaging with all labels and tags attached.
- Exceptions: Due to hygiene concerns, some items like undergarments, swimwear, and cosmetics cannot be returned. Sales items are considered final and cannot be returned unless otherwise stated.
For Our Indian Customers:
- Free Returns: We offer free returns for all our customers in India. A return pickup will be arranged at your convenience.
For Our Global Customers:
- Return Shipping: Customers outside of India are responsible for return shipping costs. Ensure the package is tracked as APOV isn’t accountable for lost returns.
Refund Policy:
- Method: Once the return is received and inspected, we will refund the full amount to the original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
- Duration: Refunds typically process within 7-10 business days from the receipt of the returned item. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it might take 3-5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Store Credit: If you prefer, you can choose to receive your refund as APOV store credit, which will be added to your APOV account.
Exchanges:
- If you need a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
Damaged or Wrong Items:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@apovlabel.com, with photos of the damaged items (if applicable), and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Initiating a Return:
- Log into your APOV account, navigate to ‘My Orders,’ select the order you’d like to return and click on the ‘Return’ button. Follow the steps and submit the return request.
